Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use this Site.

By accessing this Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Site.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation. Please check our “Privacy Policy” for more information.

All prices are displayed in Australia Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST.

Kuna Kidz reserve the right to alter information /make changes to any content on our website including the products and prices list on the Site, at any time without any prior notice.

We do our best to provide the most accurate description and details on our website, but sometimes inaccuracies, misinterpretations and/or typographical errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies and/or typographical errors as they are identified without Kuna Kidz being held liable or accountable for such errors or inaccuracies.

Canceling an Order

Please contact us within 12 hours from placing an order to cancel. If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we will gladly cancel it for you at no extra cost. In the case the order has already been processed and/or shipped, refer to our returns and exchange policy.

Returns and Exchanges

All returns and exchanges are only accepted within 30days upon receiving the item/s.

To return or exchange the item received please contact us by emailing us at info@kunakidz.com.au or by filling out our return/exchange form within 30 days from receiving this item.

We reserve the right to check all items before offering an exchange, repair or refund.

Security and Payment

Our priority is to protect and secure your financial information and identity hence a transaction via the Kuna Kidz website is processed through either PayPal or Stripe Australia, two of the most secure payment processing systems.

Kuna Kidz takes reasonable care to make our Site as secure as possible. No credit/debit card details are stored by our Site during the transactions process as Stripe Australia and PayPal processes transactions independently from Kuna Kidz.

We do our best to provide a secure Site and protect all personal and financial details provided to us. We cannot be held liable in certain circumstances in the absence of negligence on our part for any loss you may incur if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.

Vouchers and Promotional Codes

All vouchers, credit notes and promotional codes are non-transferrable. There is no cash alternative hence cannot be exchanged for cash. These are only valid until/can be redeemed by the date stated when issued. They cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers/sales.

Duties and Taxes

The prices displayed on our products don’t include any or all of the international duties, taxes, or other customs charges that the package may encounter when it arrives in its final destination. You need to check with your local customs regarding any costs that may be applicable. These costs vary from country to country. Kuna Kidz does not cover such costs or any other cost that is in addition to our item costs.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Kuna Kidz.

Kuna Kidz has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Kuna Kidz shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
