Returns and Exchange Policy
We at Kuna Kidz understand that you may need to return or exchange an item purchased. This returns and exchange policy is especially designed to seamlessly assist you with this process.
To initiate the return for refund/exchange please complete the form available at this link – Returns refund/exchange. Allow up to 48hours for us to get back to you.
Items purchased at our online store can only be returned for a refund/exchange via mail. We recommend using a trackable service in case the item takes longer than expected to be delivered.
We reserve the right to assess the condition and age of the returned goods prior to offering an exchange, credit note, refund or repair. Should the item not be approved, the item will be returned to you or a store credit valued at the price of the order minus the restocking (15%) and shipping fee will be provided.
Please note: you have 30 days from the delivery date to contact us regarding a return for a refund or exchange. We cannot process a product that has been returned without any prior knowledge. In this case the item or store credit will be returned back to you.
You have 5 business days to return the item from the day of contact us and to provide an image of the return postal receipt and tracking number. We will provide a returns form that must be included in the returns package to help us identify your order.
Once the item has been received and accessed, we will accordingly process the refund/exchange within 10 business days. You will be sent updates via email during the process after we have received the item.
Returning/Exchange reasons:
- Defective / Faulty
- Damaged
- Doesn’t match the description significantly
- Wrong colour or size received
In this case:
- Return: The item costs minus postage and handling costs will be returned via payment method used. You will also receive $15.00 store credit to use at our online store – valid for single transaction within 365 days from issue.
- Exchange: We will assist you with this process and cover all return and re-sending postage costs.

Please note: Refunds can only be sent back to the payment mode used during purchase and cannot be altered.
Other Return/exchange reasons:
- Purchased the wrong size/colour
- Change of mind
- Don’t need it anymore
In this case:
- Refund – We do not offer a refund in this case. We offer the option of a gift card or credit note valued at the same price of the item minus postage and handling costs incurred by us. Once you have approved of the gift card or credit note, a refund/exchange cannot be requested.
- Exchange – A pre-paid satchel of the same size used to return the item must be included in the return parcel so we can send the requested exchange item. In the case a satchel isn’t included or the wrong size is included you will be charged the resending postage cost. The exchange item will only be sent after this payment has been cleared.
